Trial Class Application form:

Trial classes are OBLIGATION FREE at Bom Funk. Our classes do fill quickly so if you would like to secure your place in a class, we recommend you enrol or join the waiting list so you don't miss out.


+ Trial Class Terms & Conditions

  • TRIAL CLASSES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE DURING TERM TIME.
  • Trial forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the class you wish to trial.
  • The trial is only valid for the class/s approved & multiple trials are only able to be conducted during the same week or over two weeks if they clash.
  • A student can only trial classes in a 7 day period, once per term unless permission has been granted by the Director.
  • Classes that are full will not be open for trial students. Should the class become full prior to your attendance, the studio will contact you to cancel or change your trial.
  • In attending the class, you agree to all of Bom Funk Dance Studio’s policies. Students can only attend classes in the correct age/school year category.
  • Until you can purchase uniform, please wear the required dress code items or similar. See ATTIRE for details on each class.
  • Please contact the studio in the event that you are unable to attend your booked trial class to reschedule or cancel.
  • If a free trial class is being offered - this is recognised as an 'obligation free' class. If the student decides to enrol, the full term fees are still charged.
  • Crew/Troupe classes are not available to trial - for information on joining a Squad team and upcoming auditions, please contact us.

Some classes are only available to trial at certain times of the year to allow our students time to settle into class routines and performances.

Fee policy -You have one week from the date of your first scheduled class attendance, after enrolment, to request in writing a full refund or a transfer to a different class. After this time there are no tuition fee refunds permitted.
