Please return completed order form together with total payment in a sealed envelope to Bom Funk Dance Studio – Movie Event by Monday 26th October 2015. Your choice and number of tickets required will be given out on the day. Rocky Horror is rated MA 15+

Thank you for participating in this exciting and fun event. In the tradition of Rocky Horror and also being Halloween, dress ups are highly recommended. Funds raised will go towards supporting our J Squad dancers traveling to Hong Kong in 2016 and help make this exciting dance opportunity possible.
