Our Squad students participate in local, interstate and international performances and competitions. We pride ourselves on professionalism and creativity in a supportive learning environment. Experiences are tailored to each crew/troupe. Performance, Rep & Pro/Am streams.

TAP KIX CADETTES 12 years+ & TAP KIX 18 years+ (combined for audition only)
7.30pm -8.30pm

Auditions can be nerve-wracking and we commend all students who show up and give it a go! Students in 2022 Squad MUST re-audition for their 2021 teams - this helps us place students in the right teams for the next year. Applicants will be notified via email before 2022 enrolments open.

A number of factors are taken into consideration when making offers including but not limited to dance technique/skill, maturity, ability to cope with Squad commitments, dedication, passion, performance ability, availability and being the right fit for the team. Unfortunately we cannot accept everyone into our 2022 Squad and students who were in Squad in 2021 may not all received positions in 2022. Second round offers may be made if initial positions are not accepted.

Tap Kix receives paid work and does not compete at competitions - only pre-pro/professional level dancers will be accepted.

Tap Kix Cadettes provides training towards Tap Kix along with competition experience.
