Individual Competitor’s Information

As an Individual Competitor, it’s challenging for our teachers to keep track of which comps each student is working towards. Please complete the form below to assist us in keeping track of who is entered into which comps with which routines so that teachers can best prepare students for competition work. If you are entering a competition that Bom Funk does not usually attend, we recommend you contact us first to discuss your entry, as each competition has their own focus and some competitions have not been a positive experience for our dancers in the past. Your form will be forwarded to your soloist teacher for their records. If there is an issue with your entry, we will contact you to discuss further.

Students wishing to compete at a National level MUST have prior approval from the Director.
